Our policy lasts 1 year. If 1 year have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange.


The warranty only covers manufacturing breakage. To make a return, you must first notify us by email and present us with a receipt or proof of purchase as well as proof that your device is indeed defective.

Replacement (if applicable) We will also notify you of our decision to approve or reject your replacement request. If your request is approved, then we will ship a new machine back to your address. The warranty does not cover breakage of accessories but only manufacturing breakage on cavitation machines.

We are a Canadian company and are therefore not subject to other legislation regarding replacements and warranties. We are legislated according to Canadian laws.
